Two historical buildings, including the main factory building, have been preserved and carefully restored to date. The business center tenants are major Russian and foreign companies such as NOKIA, Walt Disney, European Media Group, TBWA, Red Bull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the retail zone, the complex also houses the Studio of Theatrical Art theater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Stanislavsky Factory is famous for its landscaped grounds with several dozen species of plants and recreation zones. There is a real cherry orchard on the theater square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complex has its own boiler room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The business center is certified in accordance with international BREEAM standards for assessing buildings\u2019 environmental performance.
