Standard Property & Facility Management provides operation, maintenance and commercial management services for commercial real estate and socially important facilities, as well as multifunctional complexes. Standard manages more than 1.4 million square meters of class A and B+ real estate in Moscow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company pays special attention to the implementation of environmental performance standards at the objects of its portfolio and is actively developing its own expertise in assessment and certification according to the new national standard “Clover”, at the same time being its reviewer, as well as recertifying objects that have previously received international certificates of environmental performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has a license from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and a license for maintenance of hazardous production facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The management of the Standard management company has a Certified Property Manager degree from the Institute of Real Estate Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
