Standard Property & Facility Management provides operation, maintenance and commercial management services for commercial real estate and socially important facilities, as well as multifunctional complexes.<\/p>\n<\/p>Management Company Standard manages more than 1.4 million sq. m. of class A and B+ real estate in Moscow. The company pays special attention to the introduction of environmental performance standards at the objects of the portfolio and actively develops its own expertise in assessment and certification according to the new national standard “”CLEVER””, at the same time being its reviewer, as well as recertifies objects that have previously received international certificates of environmental performance.<\/p>\n
