The award ceremony\nwas held in Moscow on\nApril 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O1\nStandard currently manages 15 sites with total space of\n\u200b\u200b815,000 square metres,\nincluding such Moscow landmarks as\nthe White Square,\nAurora, Vivaldi\nPlaza,\nStanislavsky Factory and Ducat\nPlace III business centres and Space 1 flexible offices. The SkyLight business centre was added to the\nO1 Standard management portfolio in\n2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company ensured continuous operation of all\nits facilities during the COVID crisis period of spring-summer 2020, taking\nmeasures to ensure safety\nof tenants and their offices. The safety measures were\naccompanied by open and intensive dialogue with tenants who returned employees to\ntheir offices in the summer of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also\nin 2020 the\ncompany introduced quarterly\nsurveys\nto improve its understanding of tenant needs and successfully\nimplemented new skills borrowed from the hospitality industry in order to\nraise levels of\ntenant satisfaction and quality of services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O1\nStandard works hard to\ninvolve its tenants\nin environmental initiatives and encourages steps to improve the environmental\nperformance of offices.\nThis contributes to a healthy and productive atmosphere in\nbuildings and to the\nwell-being of the people who work there. Twelve sites in the\nO1 Standard portfolio have already received BREEAM international environmental certification. Starting from 2021, the Company will offer a new in-house service for environmental certification to the BREEAM\nand FitWell international standards.\n\nDmitry Sveshnikov, Managing\nDirector of O1 Standard, said: \u201cI thank the jury for its endorsement.
