October 1, 2019. <\/strong>The property and facility management company O1 Standard took on management functions at three more business centres from the start of October. The O1 Properties subsidiary is now working at the Krugozor<\/a>, LeFORT<\/a> and Stanislavsky Factory<\/a> business centres, increasing total floor space under management to more than 380,000 square metres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O1 Standard began providing property & facility management services earlier in 2019 at the White Square<\/a> and iCUBE<\/a> business centres. In September, O1 Standard accepted management contracts at the Vivaldi Plaza<\/a> and Gamma<\/a> business centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natalia Kornilova, Chief Operations Officer of O1 Standard, <\/strong>said: \u201cExpanding the portfolio of facilities under management is part of our long-term development strategy. As well as overall management of buildings, we also provide office management services to tenants, creating a unified, integrated infrastructure and enabling tenants to obtain all the services they need in a single package.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
