O1 Standard became the Management Company of the Year in two categories: “Property Management” and “Facility Management” at the Green Property Awards 2022. It is the first award in the field of commercial real estate to determine the best properties in Russia that meet high environmental efficiency standards, as well as the best management companies that operate “green” facilities.
The Green Property Awards ceremony took place on October 20.
As of today, O1 Standard’s property management and facility management portfolio includes 25 facilities with a total area of over 1,300,000 sq.m., including such iconic complexes as the White Square, Iskra-Park and Bolshevik business centers, Space 1 Balchug, and Ducat Place III. Fourteen of the company’s facilities are certified in accordance with environmental performance standards. O1 Standard continuously adheres to sustainable business principles in the management and operation of commercial real estate. At the moment, the company is undergoing ISO 14001 environmental management system certification. Environmental practices are being actively implemented at all the facilities managed by O1 Standard; in addition, the company is conducting environmental campaigns and promoting environmental education within the framework of the Green One tenant club.
